Cancellation and Refund Policy
• I understand that all memberships and subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis.
• I acknowledge that no prorated refunds or money-back options are available.
• I agree to submit written notice of cancellation at least 15 days prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle.
• I understand that cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the next billing date will be processed for the following cycle.
• I acknowledge that verbal cancellations are not accepted; notice must be provided in writing (via email or physical letter).
• Except where required by law, all fees paid are final and non-refundable.
• I further acknowledge that all sales of any plans, programs, or devices are final and non-refundable.
